Stonework’s Bistro is a family-run business operating under Chef Micheal’s parent company, RETHINK cuisine. Micheal has a background providing quality foods for corporate employers, and is happy to now be able to provide upscale, wholesome counter-service foods to staff, residents, and visitors to Winnipeg Square.
Stonework’s is also excited to make an excellent cup of coffee, along with our espresso machine to make all the frothed favourites like lattes, cappuccinos, and mochas.
Future goals include offering take-home meal kits for cabin-goers, campers, or busy city-folks, and private catered events within our space, since we have our own washrooms and plenty of seating!
